As the name suggests, you need to bake the potato to make this recipe. It doesn’t take much time to make this snack. You only need to spend 35 minutes in which 20 minutes to prepare the ingredients and 15 minutes to cook. Here is the detail.

Preparing the Twice-Baked Potatoes Ingredients
There are some ingredients you need to prepare to make twice-baked potatoes. Prepare 4 medium potatoes or 2 big ones, ¼ cup of milk, ½ cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, ½ cup of sour cream, ¼ tsp of pepper, ½ tsp of salt, ¼ cup of margarine, and 4 slices of bacon, crumbled and crisp.

Directions to Make Twice-Baked Potatoes
The first step to make twice-baked potatoes is baking the potatoes in an oven at 400 for 1 hour. Then, let the potatoes cool and slice them around one inch strip off the upper part of each potato. Next, scoop the pulp of the potato out and put it in a large bowl so there will be only the potato shells.
Let the potato shells for a moment and mash the pulp of the potato with the margarine. After all potatoes are mashed up, add cheese, milk, salt, sour cream and pepper. Mix them well. After all ingredients are mixed, spoon the dough into the potato shells until they almost full. Put the crumbled bacon on top of the potato shells. The last step is baking them at 400 for around 15 minutes.

The twice-baked potatoes can be served for 4 people. This snack can be served as a breakfast or you might want to serve it in a family gathering.  Since it’s a very easy recipe you can share it with your friends or colleagues.
