They include ¾ cup of chopped onion, 2 tbs of margarine, 1 dash of pepper, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 3 cups of potatoes (cooked and diced them), ¼ cup of chopped green pepper, 1 tbs of flour, 1 cup of milk, ¼ cup of mayonnaise, and 2 cups of ham (cooked and diced).

The first step to make ham and potato casserole is heating the oven to 350 degrees.  Prepare a frying pan and melt the margarine on it. Cook onion with green pepper until they are tender. Then stir in flour and pepper until they all mixed together. Add milk, stir them until it boils.
Next, add mayonnaise and cheese after reducing the heat of the stove. Stir them well until the cheese melts. The last, add potatoes and ham. After all ingredients cooked well, put them into casserole dish. Let it cool for some minutes before baking it for 30 minutes.

With those ingredients, you’ll be able to serve the ham and potato casserole for 12 people. Sometimes have leftover ham at home after having a party and we don’t know what to do with that ham.
