Potato is a vegetable that can be made various and delicious food like Cajun style oven fries. In order to make the recipe, you need 40 minutes of total time, 10 minutes for the preparation and 30 minutes to cook. The main ingredients you need to prepare to cook Cajun style oven fries are 4 medium potatoes or you can use 2 large ones. For the seasonings, there are some numbers of ingredients you need to prepare include ¼ tsp of thyme, 1/8 tsp of cayenne or depends on your preference, ¼ tsp of oregano, ¼ tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of paprika.
Moreover, you also need to prepare 1 tsp of garlic powder, ¼ tsp of cumin, ¼ tsp of Tobaso sauce to create a unique taste of Cajun style oven fries, ½ tsp of salt, ½ tsp of onion powder and 1 tbs of vegetable oil. Maybe you think that there are quite numbers of ingredients to make this recipe but you won’t feel disappointed with the taste of the food.

Steps to Cook Cajun Style Oven Fries
Since the potato will be baked so you need to preheat the oven to 4000F. Then, prepare a bowl to mix the ingredients include black pepper, oregano, cayenne, thyme,  sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, salt, oil, and Tabasco sauce. Mix them well until they turn into a smooth paste.
Next, prepare a large baking sheet and put the aluminum foil on it as the base. To avoid the sticky dough, pour a small amount of oil on the surface of aluminum foil along with a paper towel.

Moreover, peel the potatoes and slice them into french fry shapes. To ease the mixing step, place all the fries into a plastic bag along with the paste. Mix the fries until all covered with the paste and place them on the baking sheet before baking them into the oven for around 30 to 35 minutes.
