How to Cook Cheeseboard Supper Potatoes

As aforementioned before, you don’t need many ingredients to make cheeseboard supper potatoes. You only need to prepare 4 large baking potatoes, 25 grams of salted butter, 200 grams of assorted cheese (you can use both grated and mashed), 1 little salt and ground pepper, 4 spring onions (trimmed and chopped into small pieces), chopped chives, and ½ tsp of English mustard powder.

Before mixing the ingredients to make cheeseboard supper potatoes, preheat the oven to 2000C. Wash the potatoes and let them dry. Then, pricking them using a fork and baking in the pre-heated oven for 1 to 1 and ½ hours. While waiting for the potatoes to cook, you can mix both mashed and grated cheeses together. After both of them mixed well, add mustard powder, chopped onions, and a little salt along with ground black pepper. Mix all of them well.

After the potatoes are cooked, let them cool by taking them out of the oven. Then, cut them in half and take out the inside of the potatoes by scooping them. Scoop them until they are empty and clean. While the potato flesh is still warm, mix it with butter and cheese so they can melt inside the potato flesh. Mix them well. Take a tbs of cheese potato and fill it into the potato skins. After all potato skins are filled, placed them on a baking sheet and bake them for 15 to 20 minutes. When they are cooked, serve them with chopped chives.
